Every cigar rolled at a San Diego event uses genuine premium tobacco — hand-selected filler wrapped in a fine Connecticut Shade leaf, the same quality our rollers have carried to events nationwide for over a decade. A robusto-length cigar, roughly 5.5 inches, smokes for about 35 minutes — long enough to be a real moment during cocktail hour, short enough not to compete with the rest of your San Diego event. Custom cigar bands are designed in-house and can carry initials, a monogram, a wedding date, or a company logo, so the keepsake matches the occasion.
Cigar Dolls launched in 2011 as the first company to bring female cigar rollers to events nationwide, and the concept drew national press almost immediately, including a feature in the New York Times. Since then, Cigar Dolls has rolled cigars at weddings, golf tournaments, and corporate events throughout San Diego and across the country, part of the same Southern California network that grew out of our Los Angeles market. In 2026, Cigar Dolls merged with CF Dominicana Cigars, the company behind the long-running Cigar Catering® service, and our rollers now work under that same trusted name — part of a combined network of 17+ male and female cigar rollers, the largest of its kind in the country. Whether your event is in San Diego or anywhere else in Southern California, we bring the tobacco, the tools, and the polish; you just tell us the guest count and the vibe.
Cigar Dolls rollers for San Diego are available throughout the county — from downtown and the Gaslamp Quarter out to La Jolla, Coronado, and inland toward Escondido — and can travel further north to Orange County or south along the coast as needed. For larger receptions and corporate mixers, we can add a cigar server so guests are never far from a fresh cigar, and every custom band is designed in-house at no additional charge, giving a San Diego wedding or golf outing a detail nobody else at the party will have.
